1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gdbaje ("gdbaje", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gdbaje website located at gdbaje.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the gdbaje Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the gdbaje Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with gdbaje, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2. You are a natural person and are acting on your own behalf — corporate entities, automated accounts, bots, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not eligible to register.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the gdbaje Platform is lawful in your location.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gdbaje, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

gdbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Creating Your Account

Each player may hold only one registered account with gdbaje at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. gdbaje uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without prior notice.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gdbaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance programme. All players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal, and may be required to complete verification at any earlier stage at gdbaje's discretion. KYC documents typically required include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on gdbaje is ৳200 for mobile financial services and bank transfer methods. Crypto deposits are subject to network minimum amounts. There is no platform fee charged by gdbaje on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are typically credited to your gdbaje account instantly upon confirmation by the payment network.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the gdbaje payments team during business hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Standard processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days.

4.4 Currency

The primary account currency on gdbaje is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Cryptocurrency balances are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. All game stakes, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gdbaje offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. No bonus is valid without specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and bonus winnings are non-withdrawable until wagering is complete.

5.2 Promotional Changes

gdbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation in a promotion after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

gdbaje is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gambling environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players, game providers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at gdbaje.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches in any game or the Platform. Any winnings derived from known or suspected bugs must be reported to gdbaje immediately and will not be paid out.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.

• Creating accounts using false identity information, stolen payment credentials, or another person's personal details.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to obscure your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gdbaje staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to place bets through your account.

gdbaje employs fraud detection systems, behavioural analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, gdbaje may suspend access immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the gdbaje Platform — including but not limited to the gdbaje brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and source code — are the exclusive property of gdbaje or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any gdbaje content without prior written consent.
• Use the gdbaje brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation from gdbaje.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

Third-party game content available on gdbaje (including games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming) is owned by and licensed from those respective providers. Your use of such games is subject to the terms of the relevant provider's licence in addition to these Terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gdbaje, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gdbaje's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your gdbaje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are under investigation.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by gdbaje

gdbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or exploitation of the Platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• gdbaje's decision to cease operations or withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by gdbaje due to a breach of these Terms, gdbaje reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Any amounts determined to have been derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gdbaje operates as an international online gaming platform and players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

11.2 Game Outcomes

All game results are determined by certified random number generator systems and are final once completed. gdbaje does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes where there is no evidence of a technical malfunction. 12 Amendments to These Terms
